We have the ability to fabricate machined plastics of all sizes through CNC and fully-automated high-speed screw machining; engine, turret, and automated lathing; CNC vertical and horizontal milling; drilling, cutting, indexing and slicing; and molding of heavy wall tubing or complet components. Dover High Performance Plastics has the capability of forming turned products through the use of screw machines. Screw machines can quickly mass-produce turned parts using cutting methods similar to that of a lathe but is highly automated. We utilize these for high-volume, low-cost turned parts.
